We aim to keep returns and exchanges as simple as possible and to process your refund or exchange quickly. We will attend to all return and exchange requests as soon as possible — typically within 24 hours during the work week.
Returned items must be in new and unused condition, free from any dirt and hair, and complete with packaging and all components. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on ineligible items or to deduct up to 15% of the original selling price from the refund amount as a restocking fee. This does not affect your statutory rights. This also does not apply to defective items or items damaged in transit.
