Any small dog owner knows that what little dogs lack in size, they more than make up for in personality. These little bundles of joy can fill our lives with love, so it’s really important that we give them lots of love in return. One of the best ways to do this is by ensuring they have somewhere safe and secure to sleep.

It’s not easy, though. Every dog is different, and there are endless dog bed choices out there, but what’s perfect for a medium or large sized dog won’t be right at all for a small dog. Don’t just assume your dog will love any old bed that comes their way!

Training your dog requires a lot of time, skill and patience. There are several methods to consider, depending on your goal. For instance, you may simply want to train your new puppy to pee outside, or want to teach an adult dog new tricks or skills. Whatever your goal, here are some of the best tips to consider whilst training your dog throughout its life!

You’ve taken the plunge and decided you’re ready to buy a puppy! What an exciting time! But puppies don’t grow on trees (wouldn’t that be a sight!). You’ll need to do a little bit of research about what breed is right for you, and you'll need to do some casual detective work to assess the puppy and the breeder. After all, this is a big investment and you want to make sure that you’re buying a healthy and happy dog from a reputable breeder...

Dog can do the strangest things; they chase their own tails, bark at reflections, dig on solid floors, eat stones, get scared of feather dusters, and steal inanimate objects to hide in the garden - and that’s just to name a few! So, understandably, it can be pretty hard to work out how intelligent they are...
Nothing quite matches bringing your dog with you on holiday. After all, dogs are part of the family, and their unconditional love and energy always brings that extra bit of entertainment to a trip. Just think of all those long walks along the beach, all those squirrels to be...
If you’ve ever been in the company of a dog or you have a pooch to call your own (lucky you), you’ll be all too familiar with the fact that dogs can provide hours of hilarity from even the dullest of activities. No wonder they’re the world’s favourite pet!
Did you know that 50% of dogs who go into kennelsnever leave? This heartbreaking statistic is, in a lot of cases, entirely preventable. A large majority of that percentage is made up of older dogs who are very rarely adopted and, as a result, risk going ‘kennel crazy.’ Trust us, it’s as unpleasant as it sounds.
Have you heard the pitter patter of tiny paws in your home lately? If you’ve adopted a dog or puppy in thelast year, we want to hear all about it! We’ve put together a quick questionnaire for you to fill in all about your puppy-owning journey. As a thank you for filling it in, you'll be entered into a draw to win one of our luxury Cozy Cave!
Admittedly we might be a little bit biased over here at Snoozer UK, but we really do believe that a dog is truly one of the best possible additions to your life. And if you’re here, chances are you think so too! But with that said, dogs are a serious commitment – and we all know the old mantra, a dog is for life not just for Christmas. So with that in mind, how can youreally know if you’re ready to include a dog in your life…?
The internet is a magical place – especially for dog lovers. You don’t have to look far to find hilarious, uplifting, heartwarming and occasionally tear-inducing dog videos – but with so many of them out there, where do you start? And what if you’ve missed one? What if there’s a soldier-coming-home-to-his-dog video you haven’t cried at yet?!
Puppies and babies are natural friends. We’ve all seen that video ofthe puppy falling asleep on it’s miniature owner, right? Right. Of course we have. So there’s absolutely no need to be nervous about having two little ones in the same home (one hairy, one less so) – you just need to make sure their first meeting goes off without a hitch
It goes without saying that, here at Snoozer, we love our dogs – so we know how heart breaking it can be to have a nervous dog on your hands. You wish you could speak their language to let them know that there’s nothing to be afraid of, but you just can’t! It can be extremely frustrating, and hard to know what to do.
